Isabel is a change agent and Global Talent professional who is Global Director for DEI and Talent Acquisition at Steelcase. She is passionate about creating cultures of belonging where people and businesses can thrive. Has a solid career in Talent Management, helping leaders and teams across the globe to develop strategies for advancing talent and amplifying business impact through more inclusive and equitable environments. Also, she provided a broader business perspective when she collaborated with the start-up and later became Managing Director of the Steelcase Global Business Center in Monterrey, MX. Isabel holds a Master’s in Strategy, Management, and Leadership from Michigan State University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Nuevo Leon State University in Mexico, where she is originally from and was transferred permanently with her family to Michigan seven years ago.
