Jeff has over 35 years of experience in leading executive teams and championing organizational transformation. He’s helped business leaders with succession planning, growth and transition services, organizational optimization, diversification, and turnaround initiatives.

Having been CEO & Chair for over 20 years of a minority-certified, family-owned, Tier I Automotive & CE supplier, Jeff leverages his experience in transitioning from first to second generation ownership and leadership, diversifying offering, and developing operational excellence to eliminate non-value-added activities to increase margin.

Jeff earned his M.B.A. from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. He serves on the board of the Michigan Hispanic Fund and is a member of the Executive Board at the Michigan Hispanic Chamber of Commerce where he is in his third year as Finance Chair. Jeff also volunteers with the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Washtenaw County.
