Hispanic Heritage Night at the Jimmy John's Field
The MHCC along the Centro Cultural Hispano joined the Jimmy John's Field to celebrate our Hispanidad!

On June 16th the MHCC joined the USPBL and the Centro Cultural Hispano by hosting the first Hispanic Heritage Night at the Jimmy John's Field. This was a perfect opportunity to bring together small businesses to participate in a large-scale event and provide them with a relevant exposure to our members and the community in general. Through this celebration the MHCC, the Jimmy John's Field and the Centro Cultural Hispano promoted 9 Small Hispanic Businesses & Entrepreneurs:

The home team called itself UNICORNIOS de UTICA for this special occasion. The first 500 guest received a beautiful shirt with the name on it and the special art done to commemorate our cultures. Preceding the game, a Parade of Nations was the perfect opportunity to showcase our Hispanic flags and we had the honor to count with two outstanding students of the Cesar Chavez Academy for the first pitch!
